Reframe is
a 2 -day gathering of people interested in developing a new ‘mission initiative’, ‘church plant’, ethnic fellowship, worship service, or ‘faith community’.- an introduction to principles of starting new mission initiatives in the local community, sponsored by the Uniting Church in Australia.
- Interactive learning to empower leaders to gather a ‘missional community’ and cultivate missional habits.
- A theology of mission built around the idea that church is a community of Christ followers – what a postmodern world needs to taste and see in order to believe.
Re:Frame will help you discover the missional habits of:
- 1. Listening and dialogue: Listening to the stories of a postmodern culture and discovering how they will ‘hear Jesus’
2. Responding and serving: Looking for glimpses of God’s kingdom at work in the culture around us, putting into action ‘signs of the kingdom’
3. Inviting and celebrating: Finding ways of connecting with people at key points of their lives
Re:Frame will help you develop rhythms of life together that will empower a community of missionaries.
Who should attend?
- People interested in starting a fresh mission initiative, leading a church plant team, or beginning a new worship service or faith community.
- Team Leaders and Team members.
- Coaches for the above
